Duin triathlon 2020

Voor 2020 had ik de nodige ambities en ik had me al voor een aantal mooie wedstrijden ingeschreven. Zoals bekend werd alles afgelast en ik was dan ook blij dat de Duin triathlon op 30 augustus als eerste echte triathlon in 2020 (in Nederland dan) doorgang zou vinden. Tot eind mei kon ik mijn motivatie nog wel hoog houden en was mijn vorm beter dan ooit, maar daarna zakte het langzaam weg. Ik bleef uiteraard wel trainen en zorgde ervoor dat mijn gewicht niet te veel opliep, maar met name op de fiets werd het allemaal wel wat minder.
